Once you reserve a puppy, we confirm your delivery address and payment details. Deposit or full payment (puppy + delivery costs) must be completed before shipment is arranged.

We provide you with a delivery quote based on your location, delivery method (ground or air), and scheduling preferences (standard or express). You'll receive a clear overview of the proposed journey.

Your puppy receives a final vet health check and all necessary documentation is prepared, including health certificate, vaccination records, and deworming records. Puppy must be 8 weeks old minimum.

We prepare an airline-approved crate with soft bedding and include a familiar blanket or toy to help ease your puppy's transition. Complete puppy care guide is included in the package.

The carrier begins transport, typically completing delivery within 1-2 business days. You'll receive regular updates during transport (as available) and notice upon arrival or delivery handoff.
